| "I absolutely love my job”
For the past twelve years I have been involved in fitness. I am very passionate about fitness in my life as well as anyone I train. Fortunately, about four years ago I realized that I wanted to enhance people’s lives through fitness. My experiences, relationships, and National Academy of Sports Medicine certification (NASM) have enabled me to do just that. I enjoy teaching and coaching people of all ages and levels. It is what makes me feel gratified, and I truly believe it is what I was meant to do. I take pride in motivating others in a safe, effective, progressive way while having a blast and ensuring success. My areas of interest and expertise range from tutoring and professional musicianship to sports specific and adolescent training. The relationships I have built with clients are ones I wouldn’t trade for anything. I look forward to working with you to meet your goals!! |

I have always considered myself an "athlete." I've played soccer my entire life, including 4 years of NCAA Div. III college level; where I was named All-Conference, All-State and All-South Region. And I have always been active in long distance running and eating healthfully. It wasn't until my sophomore year in college that my true journey into "fitness" began; when I had my first experience with a real strength and conditioning coach. It was then that I decided, fitness is my calling. I quickly changed my major from Psychology to Recreation Management with an emphasis in Health and Fitness. I have also studied nutrition since a very young age. At 16, I did my first 3 week "cleanse" guided by my aunt who is a Naturopathic Doctor. I am happy to coach anyone through the difficulties many face with nutrition. I am an avid fitness enthusiast! I have my sights set on a fitness competition in 2008. Through nutrition and exercise, I believe we gain incredible mental clarity, stress relief and confidence! This will in-turn improve your relationships and self-esteem. It is truly a passion to help other live happier. The hardest step is the first step. It takes 21 days to make a habit and I look forward to helping you build a strong habit that will improve the quality of your life. |

| ’m excited to share my experiences and fitness education of fitness with you! I received my degree in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College. I played football while I was there, and I have always been dedicated to everything I do, especially sports and fitness. I am a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and have worked with many individuals, including athletes at Boston College. I recently joined the Fitness Together team. Prior to the experiences I have had here thus far, I was a conditioning specialist for the Boston College football team. Not only was I able to guide these athletes in areas such as agility, strength, reaction, and plyometrics but also was able to use my Olympic lifting knowledge to enhance their skills on the field. I am passionate about what I do because I believe fitness, and a healthy lifestyle improves the quality of life. I am a certified member of the NSCA, and I currently coach Football at St. Mary’s High School in Lynn, MA. I look forward to meeting you, and working toward your goals! | |

Greetings! In 2005 I attended an intensive career diploma program through the National Personal Training Institute in Orlando FL. While there I received my personal training certificate as well as a nutritional consulting certificate. I attend Valencia College and am still currently pursuing a Health Sciences degree. While at school, I gained a lot of experience through a dual internship program. I was paired with a Junior Olympic basketball team and an Alzheimer’s motor-recruitment program. Working on opposite ends of the spectrum was incredibly helpful in developing my training style that I actively implement today. My training techniques are unique as well as metabolically demanding. I frequently use my experiences with Olympic lifting and power lifting to create client programs. Nothing makes me happier than seeing a client move a weight they though too heavy or perform a movement they thought was never possible. |

| People ask me how and why I “ended” up as a Fitness Consultant/yoga instructor. My response is always the same…. Due to severe low back injuries, if I don’t have fitness in my life I would be in pain. After years of rehabilitating my own injuries and seeing how significantly my life had changed, I decided that I wanted to share with other people what I had learned. I have been working as a Fitness Consultant for over 3 years with certifications from National Academy of Sports Medicine, YogaFit and Fitness Resource America. My extensive knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics allows me to help clients achieve their fitness goals regardless of any physical limitations. Staying physically fit is a passion of mine, which enables me to motivate others while keeping it fun. | |

| I am eager to help the community attain their personal fitness goals at Fitness Together! While I have not always had such a passion for fitness, one of my hobbies has always been dancing. My main focus was always on academic performance, therefore causing me to fall into a state of inactivity and despair upon entering college. After a couple of years at Salem State College, I became fed up with the way I looked and felt. I decided to take a Fitness for Nutrition course, which sparked an interest that I had always had, but never had time to pursue. Without hesitation, I changed my major to Sports, Fitness, and Leisure studies with a concentration in Fitness / Wellness and a minor in Biology. My Bachelor of Science degree and the time I have spent learning more about fitness and exercise have enabled me to become a fitness professional that can apply my ACSM Certification as a personal trainer. It is because of my dedication that I have been able to reap benefits including twenty-five pounds of weight loss, and much needed increase of energy. I am eager to take my personal experiences and the knowledge that I have gained at Salem State College to help clients reach their personal fitness goals. | |

| My passion for fitness began at a young age, so it only made sense to make a career out of it. Sports have been a major part of my life. I played softball for 13 years, being a part of the central mass junior Olympic team. I also played 4 years of collegiate rugby for Keene State College, and became a member of the New Hampshire Select Side team. I graduated in 2006 from KSC with a B.S. in Health Promotion and Fitness. My internship included working with high school/college athletes at Holy Cross College, followed by personal training a variety of clients at Core Fitness in Worcester, MA. I look forward to helping you achieve your personal health goals and implementing fitness into your life. Work smarter, not harder! | |

Hello! My experience in the fitness world spans from years of training for hockey growing up. I knew I wanted to be active in my career, but I also had a passion for engineering. I decided the latter path, but have now become intrigued with the health field. I am now pursuing a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and thought training would be essential later down the road to complement my degree I am also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. During the past two years, I have worked with various types of individuals at all different levels both in the outpatient clinic, and in the gym. Having a variety to train with is important to me, as it will never get old and it keeps me on my toes. "The arms for show, but the legs make the dough." |

| I graduated from Keene State College with a B.S. in Promotion of Fitness. After college I did a 3-month internship at Boston University working with their strength and conditioning program. I spent the next year working in Marblehead MA training mostly with athletes. I have my C.S.C.S. and CPR certification. I have over 15 years of experience as a soccer player, 2 at the collegiate level. I also have helped manage and run soccer and conditioning camps.
Exercise can be broken down into three categories; Increasing performance and mobility, working to prevent an injury or rehab from an injury. Each work out should incorporate an element from each of them. Whether you are pushing your self to the limit or just a weekend warrior, you can find a way to add a component from each. It's a great way to find out about how far you can take your body/mind and how to have fun staying healthy. |

| I believe in pushing my clients to a whole new level of strength and performance. I am a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), also certified in first aid and CPR/AED. Originally from Michigan I received my degree in science, studying fitness leadership at Henry Ford College. I also went through the personal training program at the Blue Heron Academy of Holistic Medicine. While in school I did an internship with Wellness of America interning inside one of the Ford plants fitness centers. Before moving to Massachusetts I helped get the personal training program running at an all women’s fitness facility. Over the past few years I’ve also taught various group exercise classes as well as small group personal training sessions.
Becoming physically fit is not going to happen over night. Getting in shape takes consistency to achieve your desired results. I will work with you in developing a fitness routine that fits your lifestyle. I like to stress equal importance in resistance training, cardio endurance, eating and maintaining an active healthy lifestyle. I look forward in taking your work-out program to the next level. “ If you believe it you can achieve it”. |

| My name is Sean and I am a Fitness Consultant for the Topsfield Fitness Together. My love of sports and physical fitness began at a young age. I grew up playing baseball, soccer, football, snowboarding, rock climbing, and surfing. So, I was an extremely active adolescent that found a true desire for extracurricular activity. I played baseball at a competitive level for a total of ten years and was a part of the American Legion Team. I have consistently been a part of one or more soccer teams and enjoy bringing my enthusiasm to the field and into the training room! For three different summers I was a teacher and a coordinator for a number of Surf Camps out in California and Spain and was able to improve the surfing skills of many young adults. Following my graduation from Biola University in Southern California in 2005 I made the decision to work for a Chiropractic Clinic. It was there that I had the opportunity to work as a Spinal Relief Therapist. Working as a specialist in this field, I realized the importance of staying physically fit in order to prevent injuries and was able to play an active part in my client's lifestyles. I have a strong desire to get my clients tangible results and look forward to making your experience at Fitness Together a memorable one! | |
